Eric Weitz, a trial attorney, concentrates his practice upon representing individuals and companies in a wide variety of matters including claims against insurance companies. Mr. Weitz’s practice ranges from representing individuals in disability, life, health insurance claims, and bad faith claims to representing health care providers in various managed care disputes with insurance carriers. Mr. Weitz also handles a number of select claims on behalf of catastrophically injured victims of medical negligence, civil rights violations, product malfunctions, and other personal injuries. Mr. Weitz is a cum laude graduate of the Villanova University School of Law.
