Francis J. Sullivan is partner-in-charge of Hill Wallack's Business and Commercial Practice Group, representing corporate entities and partnerships, tax and regulatory issues, transactional matters and financing for his clients' business growth and development. He is president of the Family Service Association of Bucks County, president of the Charitable Foundation of the Bucks County Bar Association, past president of the Bucks County Bar Association, a member of the PBA House of Delegates, and a Lifetime Fellow of the Pennsylvania Bar Foundation. He received a B.A. from La Salle University, a J.D. Degree and a Master of Laws in Taxation from Villanova University School of Law, and a Certificate in Estate Planning from the Graduate Tax Division of Temple University School of Law.
