Mr. DePasquale began his legal career as a trial attorney in the Philadelphia City Solicitor’s Office and then garnered over 20 years of litigation experience with the Philadelphia law firm Raynes McCarty. In 2005, Mr. DePasquale opened his own firm in the heart of South Philadelphia, where he maintains a general practice with an emphasis on plaintiffs’ personal injury litigation in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He continues to co‑counsel with Raynes McCarty in representing victims who have suffered catastrophic injuries due to medical negligence, unsafe products, and dangerous construction sites.
