Mr. Buck has been an active litigator and trial lawyer for over 25 years. Mr. Buck’s practice involves the defense of personal injury litigation including general negligence, commercial motor vehicle, product liability, and construction site accidents as well as civil rights actions, defamation, and bad faith claims. He has conducted numerous jury trials and has tried cases to verdict throughout Eastern Pennsylvania as well as in the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania.
