Mr. DeVito obtained his undergraduate degree at the University of Notre Dame and his law degree at Temple University where he graduated with honors. In addition, he has also served as a Judge Pro Tem in the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County, both Civil Division and Commerce Court. Mr. DeVito is a huge sports fan, both professional and college, and enjoys playing golf.
