Profile

Since 1982, George Badey has represented seriously injured victims of work accidents, medical malpractice, defective products, vehicle accidents, and other causes. Through verdicts and settlements, he has achieved well over 100 six‑figure and higher recoveries, including nine jury trials resulting in million‑ or multimillion‑dollar recoveries. He has argued many cases before the Pennsylvania Supreme, Superior, and Commonwealth Courts, and in the federal system. Originally from South Philadelphia, he was valedictorian of his class at South Philadelphia High School. He received an academic scholarship to and an undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania and his law degree from Villanova School of Law.
