Halmon L. Banks, III, has represented injured workers exclusively for the past 20 years. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Banks is a member of the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association and the Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Bar Associations and is active in their Workers’ Compensation Sections, promoting the rights of injured workers. Mr. Banks is past Chair of the Workers’ Compensation Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and currently serves on the Program Planning Committee. He frequently lectures and writes articles in the area of Workers’ Compensation.
