Howard is a leading trial lawyer and legal educator. He practices in his own firm in the areas of White Collar Criminal Defense, Civil Litigation, and False Claims Act Representations. Formerly, he was a Partner and Litigation Department Chairman of Blank Rome LLP and Chief of the Criminal Division of the Philadelphia U.S. Attorney’s Office. A graduate of Georgetown Law School, he is an adjunct Professor of Law teaching Evidence and Trial Advocacy, and the author of the Deposition Guidebook (ALI‑ABA, 2007).
