Howard Goldsmith is an experienced litigator in family law, including divorce, distribution of property, support, and child custody. He practices primarily in Philadelphia, Bucks, and Montgomery Counties. He is a member of the Family Law Sections of the Philadelphia and Pennsylvania Bar Associations and served as Chair of both. He is also a fellow in the American and International Academies of Matrimonial Lawyers. Mr. Goldsmith is a member of the Philadelphia County Domestic Relations Rules Committee and served for two terms as a member of the Supreme Court Domestic Relations Procedural Rules Committee. He lectures for professional and civic organizations.
