James A. Horchak is an estate planning attorney of the law firm Quatrini Rafferty, P.C., of Greensburg, Pennsylvania. In addition to handling wills, trusts and other estate planning services, he also handles real estate, taxation law and business law. As a certified public accountant, clients benefit from his thorough knowledge of both the legal and financial aspects of estate planning.

An active member of the legal community, Mr. Horchak serves on several committees of both the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Westmoreland County Bar Association. He is also a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accounts and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is an active participant in the Ned J. Nakles American Inn of Court.

Mr. Horchak graduated from Saint Vincent College with a B.S. degree in accounting. After working for several years as a CPA, he entered law school and obtained his degree from Duquesne University School of Law in 2000. He has been selected as a Pennsylvania Rising Star in 2005, 2006 and 2010.
