Jim Swetz is Board Certified as a Civil and Criminal Trial Specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and is a founding member of Cramer, Swetz & McManus, P.C., one of Monroe County's largest law firms. He is President Elect of the Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (PACDL) and previously served on PACDL's Board of Directors. He is a member of the Lawyers' Advisory Committee to the Judges of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania and the Pennsylvania and Florida Bars. In his practice, Jim has defended many high-profile criminal cases in state and federal courts.
