Jim Conaboy has become well known for his aggressive and successful representation of seriously injured clients. His personal injury practice focuses upon the areas of auto, truck, & motorcycle accidents, slip & fall, wrongful death, medical malpractice, construction accidents, burns, amputations, and product liability claims. Jim has regularly obtained substantial jury verdicts for his clients in both State and Federal Courts. In 2002, he obtained a verdict for a client which was believed to be one of the largest, if not the largest, verdict in a motor vehicle accident case in the history of Wyoming County. Jim also regularly handles Workers’ Compensation and Social Security Disability claims. He is very experienced in these areas of practice, having received numerous favorable awards on behalf of seriously injured clients. Pro bono/Community Service:
- Jim and all other attorneys at ACA are very active in community affairs. Since 2006, the firm has been honored every year by the Pennsylvania Bar Association with the "Equal Access to Justice Award" for its representation of clietns through Lackawanna Pro Bono. In addition, Jim has served as a coach for little league baseball and youth basketball teams. He has been a lector for his church, The Church of St. Joseph in the Minooka section of Scranton.
