Jerry Marks has been a trial lawyer since 1975.  He is one of the founding partners of Marks, O'Neill, O'Brien & Courtney, which was established in 1986.  Marks, O'Neill started with seven attorneys and is now more than 70 strong with offices in Philadelphia, PA; Pittsburgh, PA; Doylestown, PA; Pennsauken, NJ; Wilmington, DE; Baltimore, MD; Elmsford, NY; and New York, NY.  Jerry has tried well over 250 cases to a jury verdict in both state and federal court.  His practice is devoted to representing insurance companies and self-insureds.  Jerry defends physicians, product manufacturers, supermarkets, hotels, casinos, restaurants, bars, health clubs, retail establishments and trucking companies. Jerry resides in Linwood, NJ with his wife, Susan Mooney.
