Attorney John McTiernan is a partner at Caroselli, Beachler, McTiernan & Caroselli, L.L.C., a Pennsylvania law firm with offices in the cities of Pittsburgh and Philadelphia. He earned a Bachelor of Arts from St. Vincent College and a law degree from Duquesne University School of Law.
Attorney McTiernan was named Workers' Compensation Man of the Year in 1992 by the Allegheny County Bar Association Workers' Compensation Section for his work in helping injured workers. He also received two awards from the Association for Continuing Legal Education for Professional Excellence and Outstanding Achievement. In addition, attorney McTiernan has been recognized as one of the Best Lawyers in America (from 1997 to present) and as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer (2004 to present). He served as the chair of the Workers' Compensation Section of the Allegheny County Bar Association from 1990 to 1991, and as chair of the Workers' Compensation Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association from 2005 to 2006.
