Joseph Silverstein's practice involves all aspects of civil litigation. He represents individuals and corporations, including a number of Fortune 500 companies. Since 2000 he has been a member of the adjunct faculty at Villanova University School of Law where he teaches a class in civil pre-trial practice and procedure. Prior to starting his own firm, Mr. Silverstein was an attorney with a large regional law firm. He has served as a volunteer attorney with a number of local pro bono organizations, was a member of Alumni Association Board of Directors of Widener University School of Law and is a Vice-Chair on the Board of Directors of SeniorLAW Center, a nonprofit that protects the legal rights and interests of seniors in need. Mr. Silverstein has been named to the Rising Stars list for the past three years.
