Joseph Frattone, a partner at Swartz Campbell LLC, represents employers and their insurance carriers in workers' compensation matters. Mr. Frattone has litigated and argued cases before all levels of the workers' compensation system as well as the Commonwealth Court and the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. In addition to his extensive trial and appellate practice, Mr. Frattone has also spent time lecturing and writing about Pennsylvania workers' compensation law. Prior to joining Swartz Campbell he worked for the Pennsylvania Workers' Compensation Appeal Board where he drafted opinions. He is a graduate of St. Joseph's University and Ohio Northern University's College of Law.
