Attorney Kathleen Hayne Robertson is the head of the workers' compensation division of Dallas W. Hartman, P.C., a personal injury firm in New Castle, Pennsylvania. Dedicated to serving injured workers throughout the surrounding region, she uses her thorough knowledge of workers' compensation law as well as her demonstrated trial experience to help clients receive the benefits they are entitled to.

Whether her clients have suffered in a serious construction accident or from carpal tunnel syndrome, Kathleen works diligently to pursue fair workers' compensation for their medical bills and lost wages.
