Kelly L. Enders is a Pennsylvania civil trial attorney with experience in a wide variety of personal injury cases. Her cases have involved car and truck collisions, products and premises liability and the intentional infliction of emotional distress. Her experience also includes bad faith insurance, assault and battery, mental health malpractice, mold and asbestos, the Federal Tort Claims Act, false imprisonment and both state and federal subrogation issues.

Ms. Enders' jurisdiction experience includes the West Virginia Federal Court, the Ohio state courts and the Pennsylvania state and federal courts. She is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court, Western District of Pennsylvania and throughout Pennsylvania.

In 1998, Ms. Enders earned her J.D. from the Duquesne University School of Law. Since then, she has been an associate at the law firm of Caroselli Beachler McTiernan & Conboy, L.L.C., in Pittsburgh.

In addition to being a member of the multiple bars and other professional associations, she is an active member of the community and regular volunteer.
