Loreen Burkett has a general practice of law in Lebanon County, Pennsylvania, where she has practiced law for the past 23 years.  Her concentration is in the area of family law, encompassing all areas of custody, divorce, support, adoption, dependency and related legal matters.  She has been appointed by the Lebanon County Court of Common Pleas to serve as both a custody conciliator and Special Master, deciding custody and divorce cases, for over eleven years. Burkett serves as the County's standing Guardian Ad Litem in dependency cases, ensuring that dependent children have adequate representation, a function she has been performing for over twenty years.  In addition to her private practice, Burkett founded and continues to serve as the instructor for Lebanon County's custody clinic, ensuring that low income residents have access to custody information.  She has written for the PBA Family Lawyer and served on the Council for the PBA's Family Law Section.  Burkett was recently President of the Lebanon County Bar Association, where she was responsible for opening the first office in the history of the Bar Association and hiring its first Executive Director.  She was named to the Lebanon County Commission for Women in 2010.  In 2010, the law firm of Keys & Burkett was voted as the number one favorite family law attorney in Central Pennsylvania by the readers of Central Penn Parent magazine.
