Profile

For the past 24 years, Marc Zucker has focused his practice on the areas of complex commercial litigation and appellate advocacy. He has litigated disputes involving high-level contract, real estate, banking, insurance, distributorship, trade secret, bankruptcy, UCC and employment issues, as well as business torts, class actions, derivative litigation and business divorces in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and elsewhere. Zucker is chair of the bar association's Business Litigation Committee, adjunct professor at Villanova School of Law, president of the law school's Inn of Court and an investigator for the bar association's judicial selection commission. He graduated with honors from Haverford College and Villanova School of Law.
