Profile

Ms. Cognetti is the owner of Cognetti & Associates. She is a Vice President of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, and a past president of the PA Chapter. She is also a Fellow of the International Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. She is a past Chair of the Family Law Section of the PBA. Ms. Cognetti has chaired the Custody Sub-Committee of the Joint State Government Commission's Advisory Committee on Domestic Relations Law since 1996 and has testified before the Pennsylvania legislature numerous times with regard to pending family law legislation. Ms. Cognetti was appointed to the Changing the Culture of Custody Committee, a committee formed at the direction of the PA Supreme Court. She is also listed in The Best Lawyers in America.
