Ned Hark has been aggressively litigating complex divorce, support, and child custody cases in Philadelphia, Bucks, Montgomery, and Delaware Counties for over 25 years. He is a Past Chair of the Family Law Sections of the Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Bar Associations. Mr. Hark is a fellow in the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers.  He currently serves on the Executive Committee of the Family Law Section of the Philadelphia Bar Association and has previsouly chaired and served on that Association's Lawyer Referral and Information Service Oversight Committee and its Board of Governors.   He has chaired task force groups and on numerous occasions testified before the Pennsylvania Legislature concerning pending Family Law related legislation.  Mr. Hark has lectured to legal and community groups and has appeared on television programs dealing with family law.
