Paul J. Walsh III is the managing partner and founder of Walsh Collis & Blackmer, P.C. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Ohio. Mr. Walsh’s practice covers the entire spectrum of civil litigation including, but not limited to, defending companies and individuals in wrongful death, bodily injury, and catastrophic property losses arising from major fires and construction, industrial, tractor‑trailer, and automobile accidents. He also concentrates his practice on product liability claims and defense of bad faith and employment practices liability claims. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Defense Institute and the Trucking Industry Defense Association.
