Attorney Paul M. Perlstein, Esq., LL.M. has had more than 30 years of litigation success with various types of civil and criminal cases in the state and federal courts of eastern Pennsylvania, and in other courts throughout the country as well. Mr. Perlstein’s past and present focus is on handling the most serious and complex legal cases involving personal injury, and criminal and consumer law.
A lecturer, author and teacher to other attorneys, Mr. Perlstein is admitted to practice in the courts of Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York, as well as before the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of several professional organizations, including the Bucks County Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He is also a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, and he holds an AV Preeminent* rating through Martindale-Hubbell.
Mr. Perlstein was born in Philadelphia and earned his undergraduate degree from Temple University. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from Columbia University School of Law and later earned an advanced LL.M. degree from Temple University School of Law.
