Philip M. Masorti is a respected and successful criminal defense and family law attorney in Pennsylvania. From his law firm, Masorti & Sullivan, P.C., in State College, he handles a wide range of criminal defense cases, including those involving first, second and third-offense DUIs and drug charges. He is also a strong advocate for fathers’ rights in divorce and family law cases.

One of his firm’s recent successes was persuading the Superior Court to reverse the trial court’s original order in a case involving drug paraphernalia possession charges.
