Profile
R. Emmett Madden, Esq. has been fighting for social justice for over ten years. Whether defending those accused of crimes or representing injured individuals, he fights for every client as if they are his only client. For criminal defendants he has won not guilty verdicts throughout the Delaware Valley. For injured clients, he has obtained maximum recoveries for victims of nursing home negligence, car accidents, and insurance abuse. Mr. Madden is also proud of his work on behalf of the poor and disenfranchised. He volunteers at Ayuda Christian Legal Clinic in North Philadelphia, serves as a part-time Public Defender in Montgomery County, and chairs the Public Safety Committee in the Borough of Jenkintown, where he has been a Councilman for over six years. He founded his own firm in 2007, with the idea that an attorney really is a counselor who must counsel and guide his clients through difficult times. This philosophy has proved successful, showing that a strong, winning advocate can also be a trusted friend and counselor.
