As a trial lawyer, Mr. Vanderslice's philosophy is that preparation combined with an intimate knowledge of the issues is the key to success. Mr. Vanderslice also believes that an analysis of the costs and risks of pursuing the matter should be weighed, so as to give that client options for resolution. Once a course of action is decided upon, Mr. Vanderslice is tireless in his pursuit of the optimal resolution for his clients. In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Vanderslice advises small to medium-size businesses on environmental reporting and impact statements, risk assessment, and reporting requirements. He is active in advising political campaigns on policy and strategy. Mr. Vanderslice graduated from Vermont Law School with his Juris Doctor and a Master of Studies in Environmental Law. He is a Graduate of the University of Kansas, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts. Prior to founding the firm, Mr. Vanderslice practiced in the Philadelphia Metro Area and in San Francisco, California.
