His continuous devotion in protecting those who have been affected by carelessness and negligence of companies, medical professionals and individuals is the underlining reason behind his firm’s success.  In addition to his selection to Pennsylvania Super Lawyers® in 2007, 2008, and 2010, Mr. Pollack is also named as one of the Top 100 Trial Lawyers by The American Trial Lawyers Association for 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011.  He holds a legal Master’s Degree in Trial Advocacy, and he has been published in the Bar Register of Pre-Eminent Lawyers from 2000 through the present, having earned the respect and admiration of his fellow attorneys and obtaining the highest rating for both legal expertise and ethical standards.  Many of the attorney and client referrals that Pollack receives come as a result of his trial advocacy skills and results.
