Stanley B. Cheiken is a Philadelphia native and 1991 graduate of the Villanova University School of Law. Stanley began his career as a civil litigation attorney for a small trial firm that specialized on business torts and complex commercial litigation. Today, as the founder and principal of his own law firm, Stanley focuses on business and employment litigation, representing a clientele consisting of professionals, executives and small- to medium-sized businesses. During his twenty years in practice, he has become highly experienced in handling jury and bench trials, injunction hearings, professional disciplinary matters  and arbitrations.

Stanley is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the Supreme Court of New Jersey, the U.S. 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania, and the District of New Jersey. He is also a member of the Pennsylvania and Montgomery Bar Associations and the Bar Association of the 3rd Federal Circuit. Mr. Cheiken holds an AV Preeminent* peer review rating through Martindale-Hubbell while his law firm has been listed in the Bar Registry of Preeminent Attorneys since 2003.
