Thomas (Tom) W. Hall is a founding partner of Atlee, Hall & Brookhart, LLP, a Pennsylvania law firm with offices in Philadelphia and Lancaster. Tom is a 1980 graduate of Villanova University School of Law and has dedicated his entire career to excellence in the field of personal injury litigation on behalf of persons injured by others' carelessness. Tom focuses mainly on cases involving medical malpractice, product liability, construction site accidents and insurance litigation. Over the last three decades, he has obtained numerous multimillion dollar recoveries for his injured clients, a list recently added to with a $3.5 million jury verdict in a construction site accident case.
In addition to his trial court practice, Tom Hall has argued cases in all Pennsylvania appellate courts, including the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. He is a sought after lecturer on the subject of trial practice and also serves as an arbitrator for Lancaster County. His professional affiliations include membership in the Order of the Coif, the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association and the American Association for Justice.
