Profile

Tobi Millrood concentrates his practice on class action and mass tort litigation. Mr. Millrood has garnered local and national recognition for his distinguished service in plaintiffs’ pharmaceutical mass tort litigation. He has been appointed to leadership roles in several mass torts, notably recent actions concerning hormone therapy and Gadolinium. In 2001, Mr. Millrood co‑counseled a medical malpractice trial resulting in a $22 million verdict, one of the largest in state history. Mr. Millrood is active with the American Association for Justice, where he serves in a variety of leadership capacities. Mr. Millrood is a 1995 graduate of the University of Tulsa College of Law.
