Tracey McDevitt Hagan is a partner of Reilly, Janiczek & McDevitt, P.C., a litigation firm that handles cases in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware. Based in the firm's Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, office, Ms. McDevitt Hagan represents clients in toxic tort litigation involving benzene, lead paint, asbestos and other environmental toxins. She also defends clients in other environmental, dram shop liability, general premises liability, construction, auto and personal injury cases.
Among her many accomplishments, Ms. McDevitt Hagan was elected as president of the South Jersey Claims Association for the 2006-2008 term and is a current board member of that organization. She was also selected for inclusion in the 2011 Pennsylvania Super Lawyers Rising Stars list.
Ms. McDevitt Hagan is an active member of the Philadelphia Bar Association, the Mercer County and Atlantic County bar associations of New Jersey and the Defense Research Institute. She regularly gives seminars on toxic tort issues and is a certified instructor for the Insurance Society of Philadelphia.
Among her other non-legal activities, Ms. McDevitt Hagan is the founder and chair of "Not Just a Walk in the Park," an annual community fundraising event that benefits the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. She is also the coach of a track team for a North Philadelphia grade school, St. Malachy's.
