Vasilios J. (Bill) Kalogredis has been advising physicians, dentists, and other health care providers on the business and legal aspects of medicine since 1974. Among his areas of expertise are group practice arrangements, practice sales and mergers, contract drafting and negotiation, tax and retirement planning for doctors, joint ventures, fraud and abuse matters, and evaluation of practice options for doctors. He has also served as an arbitrator in health-care-related disputes. He has also written and spoken extensively. He graduated, cum laude, from Villanova University School of Law in 1974, served as an Associate Editor of its Law Review, and was honored as an Order of the Coif member.
