Vincent J. Quatrini Jr. is a founder and managing partner of Quatrini Rafferty, P.C., Pennsylvania. Focusing primarily in personal injury, he handles the firm's workers' compensation claims and advocates for injured workers throughout Pennsylvania.

Verdicts and Settlements:
- Successfully argued to the Third Circuit Court of Appeals in Gilliland v. Heckler that the administrative law judge must give considerable weight to the opinions of a treating physician in a social security disability case
- Pawlosky v. WCAB (Latrobe Brewing Co.) convinced the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania to dramatically redefine the term "injury" under the Workers' Compensation Act to include any disease that constitutes an insult to the body as well as any work-related aggravation of a non-occupational disease
