Mr. Simpson has over 30 years experience in handling a wide range of complex litigation in various state and federal courts, including product liability, general casualty, toxic tort, commercial, antitrust, bad faith, fidelity bond and insurance coverage cases. Mr. Simpson also serves as National Claims Counsel for the United States branch of an international insurance company, coordinating litigation management, overseeing major claims and providing insurance coverage analysis. Mr. Simpson has also served as the firm's managing partner. Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Virginia and the District of Columbia. Admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.
