Attorney Robert M. Brinson is a founding partner of Brinson, Askew, Berry, Seigler, Richardson & Davis, LLP, in Rome, Georgia. Mr. Brinson handles a variety of matters in the areas of general business litigation, constitutional challenges, contract disputes, government law and personal injury. He has also handled class action lawsuits and has decades of experience being involved in complex litigation.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Brinson has tried numerous cases in both state and federal courts, including many personal injury and wrongful death trials for plaintiffs and defendants. He serves clients in Rome, Atlanta, Calhoun, Cartersville, Cedartown, Dalton and Summerville as well as throughout Bartwo, Floyd, Fulton, Gordon and Polk counties in west Georgia.

Mr. Brinson has been licensed to practice law since 1963. He is admitted before all Georgia state courts, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th and 11th circuits, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States.
