Mr. Bilodeau is the principal of the firm’s Warwick, Rhode Island, office and concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial collection litigation, insurance subrogation litigation, landlord and tenant matters for sizeable property management and development companies, family law, real estate litigation, and contract drafting. His professional experience includes receivership matters, bank workouts, insurance defense, real estate transactions, Uniform Commercial Code issues, environmental law and creditors’ rights.
Mr. Bilodeau received his Juris Doctor from the Roger Williams University School of Law in Bristol and is admitted to practice in Rhode Island state and federal courts, Connecticut state courts and Washington, D.C. courts. Mr. Bilodeau is also a certified mediator. He is highly educated on marine affairs and is the founder and owner of a water and air filtration equipment manufacturing company in Rhode Island, which he continues to operate with much success.
