He represents corporate, health care, athletic conference, and general business clients and has been in practice in excess of 40 years, first with Edwards & Angell and then with Cameron & Mittleman LLP since its founding in 1986. He provides business advice to public and privately held companies including distribution, manufacturing, communications, health care, and professional (medical, legal, and accounting) corporations; broker-dealers; and non-profit entities.
