Harris Weiner brings more than 20 years of trial experience in federal and state courts to complex civil litigation, administrative actions, employment, real estate and contract disputes in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. His background includes positions at the highest level of three branches of state government -- the Governor's Office, the Senate, and the Supreme Court -- as well as business experience, a federal clerkship, and years at large commercial law firms in Boston and Providence. Clients include publishers, developers, manufacturers, franchisors, contractors, lenders, realtors, restaurants and physicians. A Bowdoin College graduate, he received an MBA from Bryant College and a law degree from Washington University in St. Louis, and served as Executive Counsel at RIDOT.
