Mark Sjoberg handles all aspects of estate and disability planning, administration, and litigation. He co-edited A Practical Guide to Probate in Rhode Island and authored its section on Probate Litigation. He writes and lectures extensively for CLE programs and civic groups. Mark is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, was selected among the Top 100 National Trial Lawyers in RI for 2010, and has received the peer-reviewed AV preeminent rating by Martindale Hubbell. He is an Adjunct Professor of Wills & Trusts at the Roger Williams Law School and a commissioner on the Rhode Island Legislative Commission for Probate Reform.
