Mark B. Morse, principal of the Law Office of Mark B. Morse, with over 25 years of experience, has practiced law in virtually all forums in Rhode Island and Massachusetts, including handling cases before the Rhode Island Supreme Court, trial courts, and federal courts in both Rhode Island and Massachusetts. Additionally, Mark has written and argued appeals to the United States First Circuit Court of Appeals and is a member of the United States Supreme Court. Mark concentrates his practice by primarily assisting individuals and small businesses. He maintains a litigation-oriented firm and works toward achieving successful and speedy results for those who are injured, facing domestic problems, and engaged in commercial disputes. He has participated in leading cases in the State of Rhode Island. Mark is past president of the RI Association for Justice (formerly the RI Trial Lawyers Association) and former chairman of the RI Superior Court Bench Bar Committee. He is editor of The MCLE RI Bar Association Practice Volume "Discovery and Depositions," and chaired the 2006 Committee to Revise the Rules of Civil Procedure. He is certified in civil trial advocacy by the National Board of Trial Advocacy since November 2000.
