Anthony L. "Tony" Harbin is a lawyer who helps people who have been victims of Nursing Home Abuse, Nursing Home Neglect, and Serious Personal Injury. He is a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, which is limited to trial lawyers with verdicts or settlements of One Million Dollars or more, and has been named as a Top 100 Trial Lawyer by the American Trial Lawyers Association. He worked for six years at one of the largest law firms in the state of South Carolina as a defense attorney, representing insurance companies. In 1996, he began using his experience to help individuals serious personal injury claims. Tony was featured in the South Carolina Lawyer's Weekly newspaper for his argument on the issue of workers' compensation benefits for an employee severely injured in an automobile accident. He has also helped people injured in high profile cases such as the Charlotte Motor Speedway bridge collapse as well as numerous Nursing Home Abuse and Neglect cases, numerous product's liability and wrongful death cases and serious burn cases. Tony is a former Marine and is a member of the Marine Corps Association.
