Mike Bowers graduated from the University of South Carolina (1971) and the University of South Carolina School of Law (1975). He served as Staff Attorney and Assistant Attorney General for the State of South Carolina (1975-1977). He is a former President of the South Carolina Defense Trial Attorneys' Association (2000-2001) and is a member of the International Association of Defense Counsel (Products Liability and Toxic Torts Committees), the Defense Research Institute (State Representative, 2007-2010) and TIDA. He is also a certified arbitrator and mediator in South Carolina. Mike focuses his practice on business disputes, products liability, toxic tort litigation, and insurance litigation.
