Profile

Kevin Dunlap concentrates his practice on civil litigation and class actions in the commercial, environmental, tort, real property, and insurance areas. He earned his law degree from Vanderbilt University Law School, where he was the recipient of the Stanley D. Rose Award and an associate editor of the Vanderbilt Journal of Transnational Law. He earned his B.A., magna cum laude, from Furman University where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa and recipient of the General Excellence Award. He is the senior co-author of a three-volume publication entitled South Carolina Litigation Forms and Analysis (Law. Coop. 1997). He is also listed in Woodward/White’s The Best Lawyers in America and has been listed in South Carolina Super Lawyers.
