As managing partner of the Hood Law Firm, LLC, Molly's trial experience includes matters involving professional, products, and premises liability along with insurance coverage and hospital and employer liability. Her firm of over 25 attorneys practices as national and statewide trial counsel for major corporations and insurers. She is admitted to the South Carolina Bar; the U.S. District Court, District of South Carolina; the U.S. Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit; and the U.S. Supreme Court. She is the President of the SC Defense Trial Attorneys' Association and served as chair of the organization's Trial Academy for two years. Molly is also a member of ABOTA, ADTA (Executive Council, 2007-2011), DRI, IADC (Board of Directors, 2009-), FDCC, Lawyers for Civil Justice, National Center of State Courts and Litigation Counsel of America.
