T.S. "Sandy" Stern is a shareholder and partner in Covington, Patrick, Hagins, Stern & Lewis, where he concentrates his practice on civil litigation with emphasis on complex business and construction disputes, and personal injury matters. Mr. Stern received his B.A. from Furman University and his J.D. from the University of South Carolina School of Law. Mr. Stern co-authored a chapter of the Matthew Bender Treatise on Construction Law and is a past-chairman of the Construction Law Section of the South Carolina Bar Association. He is also a member of the American Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, and the South Carolina Trial Lawyers Association.
