Profile

Mr. Pope's practice focuses on representing primarily plaintiffs in cases involving negligence, products liability, and business litigation. He also represents landowners in condemnation cases and parties in professional negligence matters. A small portion of his civil litigation practice includes representing defendants. He is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, an Advocate of the American Board of Trial Advocates, and former President of the South Carolina Chapter of American Board of Trial Advocates, as well as a member of the John Belton O'Neall Inn of Court. He is a former South Carolina State Senator, and is presently a member of the South Carolina Supreme Court Board of Bar Examiners.
