Attorney Walter B. Todd, shareholder and managing partner of Ward & Todd, P.C., represents clients throughout South Carolina in a wide range of legal practice areas. In 1969, Mr. Todd earned his J.D. from the University of South Carolina School of Law and admittance to practice before the U.S. District Court, District of South Carolina, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and the U.S. Court of Military Appeals.
As a lawyer with more than 40 years of litigation experience, Walter Todd brings exception experience and credentials as a lawyer. He served as a captain in the U.S. Army Jag Corps from 1969 to 1973. After his time in the military, attorney Todd spent 15 years as the assistant city attorney for the city of Columbia (from 1973 to 1988), and served as the associate municipal court judge from 1988-1989. He has been serving businesses, organizations and individuals as a general practitioner since 1982. For his outstanding reputation in the legal community Walter B.
