Since 1980, Scott Heidepriem has been representing individual and business clients throughout the state of South Dakota in litigation and appeals involving various areas of the law including personal injury, medical malpractice, property owner negligence, defective products, employment discrimination, sexual harassment and civil rights.
Scott Heidepriem is a past president of the South Dakota Trial Lawyers Association and a partner in the Sioux Falls firm of Johnson, Heidepriem & Abdallah, LLP. Scott Heidepriem spent time in the South Dakota Legislature between 1982 and 1992. Scott's practice is confined to litigation, and he has been board certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy as a civil trial advocate. Scott has also been listed in The Best Lawyers in America publication for the area of civil litigation.
