Attorney Steve Johnson has been advising, representing and protecting the rights of individual and business clients in the Sioux Falls area and throughout the state of South Dakota since 1976. In his practice today, Steve's primary areas of focus are handling plaintiff's personal injury and wrongful death claims related to motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice and defective products, and representing either plaintiffs or defendants in business or franchise-related disputes.
Steve is a past president of the South Dakota Trial Lawyers Association, a partner in the Sioux Falls firm of Johnson, Heidepriem & Abdallah, LLP, and an active member of several professional organizations including the American College of Trial Lawyers, the International Trial Lawyers Association, the American Board of Trial Advocates, and the American Association for Justice. In 1990, Steve was recognized by his peers as the South Dakota Trial Lawyer of the Year. For 10 years, Steve has also been included in The Best Lawyers in America publication for the areas of products liability law and civil litigation.
